West German Pottery

This company only shipped ceramics of the highest quality, the factory at Fredsloh only used a red clay base, however some identical forms and numbers can be found with Austria upon them, this was from the period of time that Carstens took over the production of Goldschieder in Austria.
Also other white clay pieces with identical forms and decors can be found in the southern hemisphere,as Carstens bought the Sydney Australia company Braemore in the early 60s to form Braemore Carstens.
