Made by Stangl Pottery, this 14-inch chop plate is marked 3304, HANDPAINTED, MM. The Ranger design was an early mid-century interpretation of the popular cowboy theme. I am not sure what the MM in the mark stands for, but perhaps it is the initials of the decorator. Does anyone know?
