Red Wing Jolly Jar
Yes, I think the "L" stands for Large. There are at least two smaller versions of this jar. There is a medium sized jar that is marked 724-M and a shorter version yet that is marked 723-S. Of course, I could be wrong ;~).
These Red Wing Jolly Jars are simply great and this pattern is very compelling.
