The photos of atomicscott's great Red Wing Futura Montmartre pieces inspired me to bring out this Golden Viking coffee pot, 1 quart water pitcher and the Northern Lights teapot. Montmartre and Crazy Rhythm remain my favorite Futura patterns but these aren't far behind.
Futura Patterns
My love for the Crazy Rhythm pattern is just a hair behind Montmartre. Years ago, I tried collecting both patterns, but I was able to find pieces of Montmartre faster, so I decided to concentrate one pattern and I sold my Crazy Rhythm. That worked out well because Montmartre is just one of my favorite dinnerware designs. Another Futura pattern that is fun, but very difficult to find is Colonnes. I have only seen a piece or two in the wild in all of my years of collection.
