Here's a nice Italian lamp, whose designer was kind enough to sign right on the front, "Fantoni"...

Does anybody have a clue as to the maker of this lamp?

Part of the Goebel empire, with original shade, it works still and in in my downstairs hall.

Form number 560/50 was made by Dümler & Breidenin the mid 70s, this one comes with a (slightly wonky shade but original shade).

Here is Russel Wright's birdcage lamp for the Fairmont Lamp Company. It was made in the early 1950s and is formed from brass tubing, so it is very light.
