Yes, it's one of the items in the Midas line. The Midas line must have been a big seller for hyalyn, since it seems like there is a *lot* of it out there. It also seems to be a line that people either love or hate.

Do you think the love/hate is for Midas specifically, or do you think it is more about Georges Briard's work in general? I tend to think that Briard is fairly polarizing for collectors. I personally love his work, but know many people with great taste who I respect a great deal who think it is tacky.

Scott, you bring up a good point that I have not considered before. I think that the love/hate is on account of the Briard name attached to the Midas line. The Midas line shapes are very compelling and the decorations are brilliant (in my opinion). If there was no-name attached to them then maybe people would think differently about them.
