A completely wild guess: Richard and Marj Peeler? It's the crackled glassy green glaze in the bottom that's leading me in that direction.

That's a good guess, but no cigar!
I'm going to let someone else guess....
Design Technics. Stroudsburg, PA. A friend of Marj Peeler's once told me that the glass fired into the bottom of a ceramic bowl was not uncommon for them ("we made lots of those ashtrays"). It made me wonder where that innovation came from. I have seen it by Harris Strong in the early 50's, the Peelers, from some California studios in te 50's and from DT, which employed many Alfred grads from the 50's. It's the kind of innovation that could come from academia, or from the estranged mind of Harris Strong.
That piece was found in an out-of-the-way antique/thrift shop in Tarpon Springs, FL. Now it is back up North near where it was made!

Thanks Brad for sharing this and all your items here. Should the dish head back down to Tampa? Hope not. Thanks!
BTW, you can click on the photo in the Design Technics Dish page to see the mark.
