I am personally convinced
I am personally convinced (but have no real proof) that this decoration is a decoration Eva designed. My feeling is based on an observation of her work she did for the Orange Chicken in which she created a decoration that brought to mind this design.
You're right!
During a public presentation at the Knoxville Museum of Art, Eva told the audience that she designed Flight. It may be the only pattern that she designed for all of the Hallcraft dinnerware.
Flight
I think dragonfly wings when I look at this pattern. It's fantastic.
This is one of my favorite
This is one of my favorite decorations of all time. It seems somewhat oriental to me. Simple, stylized, very fitting to the dinnerware shapes. Perfect!
