Any assistance identifying the maker of these horse figurines would be very welcome

Any help identifying the maker of these two figurines would be most appreciated. The larger of the two is 9 1/2 " high, 7 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" deep. The smaller one is 7 1/2" high, 7" wide and  3 1/2" deep. They are hollow and the material inside is very white while the glaze overspray of the brown is very evident. They are not marked in any way noticeable.

Thanks for your help,

I actually have one of these in a green color. Never have figured out who produced it yet.

Haeger?

Submitted by tennebrac on Tue, 05/20/2008 - 7:57pm.

Didn't Haeger have a line of art-deco inspired animal figurines?  Haeger pieces are usually marked but sometimes they are just labeled.  Mike, you might know if the weight of the piece indicated Haeger.  . .

thanks

Thanks everyone for your help. I'll look in the Haegar book to see if they are in there. I never considered Haegar  but now it makes sense as I have seen some animal figurines they've done. I'll let everyone know what I find.
