Century House

This is one of my favorite Century House pieces. The abstract linear design is incised into the glaze to reveal the clay body color. Small dots of colored glaze accent the design.

Here is a Century House dinner plate with their wonderful mid-century rooster pattern. Century House is located in Madison, Wisconsin.

The Century House rooster pattern was available on a wide variety of dinnerware. The pattern was hand-painted on each piece, making them even more incredible.

This Century House mug and ashtray have a smart-looking, mid-century rooster design. The ashtray could be used as be used as a nut cup or as a dish to hold sauce for dipping.
